Automaker Chrysler subpoenas Harold St. John’s body at his own funeral

Local news around here — A fellow died in the midst of his lawsuit against Chrysler, believing his mesothelioma, a fatal asbestos-related illness, was related to the brake linings he used to install. His lawsuit was due to go to trial March 9th, but he suddenly died.

He has been dead a week, but before he could be buried, Chrysler successfully requested that he not be buried, in order for further tests.  Can’t a family bury a loved one? Really, Chrysler?  Seriously? You couldn’t live with the samples you already had?
