In August/September 2018, we used a local contractor to renovate our main floor powder room / bathroom. It’s been annoying us for a long while now — it was very outdated. Due to cost, we opted to keep the tile flooring, off white pedestal sink and toilet. We put in a brand new paint job with tile work, a new vanity mirror, a new light fixture, a new towel bar, and new fixtures (faucet, shelving, blinds). I still have to change out the outlets and switches, but it’s so much better now. So much more modern.
