After all the running I do at the gym, my old pair of sneakers are crumbling away. My wife was kind enough to help me find some decent Nike running shoes, and I got them on my birthday today. I decided to hit the gym on my day off to properly inaugurate them. The verdict? Some slight blistering on the arch of my right foot after a 40 min run. Not sure if the sneakers a hair too small, or I have to break them in much more than I thought. We’ll find out soon enough.
