Leonard Nimoy sings “The Ballad of Bilbo Baggins”

Given the following facts:

1. I’m a fan of J.R.R. Tolkien’s Hobbit and LotR mythology.
2. I’m a fan of Leonard Nimoy.
3. I know the 1960’s was a trippy era.

After acknowledging those three facts, I still can not explain The Ballad of Bilbo Baggins. I can not process this. Did you notice that the dancers in multicolored shirts are wearing prosthetic Vulcan ears?
