As I mentioned earlier this week, I’m back to working out regularly. I worked out last Friday, Sunday, and Monday. I took a break, but went back this morning. I’m trying to limit my workouts to 30 mins or so, alternating my cardio and strength-training exercises on different days. I’m also trying to switch my workouts to the early mornings instead of my long-term late night routine, with the expectation that my workout is one and done, and can’t later be postponed due to lack of time or energy. So, I went to work out around 5:45 AM.
First off, apparently, this is a popular thing, because the parking lot was packed. It seems this is what a lot of people do. I’m not a morning person, but I gotta do what I gotta do. I ran for 35 mins. I was a little tired, but I did it. Now to make it a routine.
