Tuesday night and what to make for dinner? Ribeye steaks! It helped that o worked from home Tuesday. I roasted potatoes in tbe oven, sauteed peas and carrots, grilled up four ribeye steaks. Pretty tasty (and easy) for a Tuesday night.
