My wife organized and put together this year’s Christmas Pageant. It wasn’t the traditional script. She found a snarky alternate take on the Nativity, which I liked. You know, it’s not a bad thing to switch things up a little bit once in a while. Joshua and Lily were two funny shepherds, and they practiced for an entire week, and absolutely remembered all of their lines. I ended up being the understudy who had to jump into an innkeeper role on the day of the pageant. Someone took video to eventually be posted to the church website.
