Earlier this year, Delhi 6, an Indian restaurant that we often frequented for dinner in town, recently closed down. Recently, it was announced that a new south Indian restaurant would reopen in its place, featuring both north and south Indian cuisine. What?!? South Indian food? As a person of south Indian background, this was exciting news. My family ordered dinner at Kochi earlier in the week for takeout, and it was delicious. My sister-in-law and her family would be in town soon, so we organized an extended family dinner there. On the actual night, it was crowded due to a large party taking place. We eventually got two booths, and we ate. Wow, good food.
