Last year, Josh and I went as reps for Cub Scout Pack 53 to clean up the waterfront area of Peddie Lake in our town. We never saw other cub scouts, but that was fine. Once again organized by the Stony Brook – Millstone Watershed Association, it was a rewarding experience. Although they took a group photo of us last year, we never got a copy. Ah well. This year, we helped clean up Etra Park in our town, a very popular park for town residents. This time, I took the photo. Josh got to clean up, hang out with other scouts, and we even had an opportunity to chat with our town’s mayor.
