I came up in here to rock, light a fire, make it hot!

You have to be kidding me.  I thought my 20-30 mins 3x time cardio a week on the treadmill or stationary cycle was good.  The American College of Sports Medicine is recommending 50 mins of cardio per session, 5x a week, if you want long-term weight loss.

Bah! This is discouraging.
